libgstreamer-ocaml software package provides OCaml interface to the gstreamer library -- runtime files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgstreamer-ocaml
libgstreamer-ocaml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgstreamer-ocaml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgstreamer-ocaml *
You will get with libgstreamer-ocaml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
